Speed appraisal conditions

At the moment it's busier than usual in the region of and as a result, the delivery time is 10 working days or more.

If the assignment is urgent, it is possible to request a speed appraisal (guaranteed delivery time of 6 working days) for € 100 incl. VAT in addition to the regular tariff. This tariff is applicable on a regular house or apartment.

Due to the short delivery time, it is important that all documents are provided quickly and the appraiser can visit the property on short-term. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

• The appraiser must be able to visit the property within 2 working days;
• The requested documents must be available before the appointment date.

The delivery time of the appraisal report is subject to availability of the land register, the validation institute or any other supplier (for example, the ownership association). Both Maatwerk as the appraiser are not responsible for any damage caused by not delivering the appraisal report in time.

If it's not possible to handle the appraisal as a speed appraisal, the client will be informed within 1 working day and the regular tariff will be charged. When the speed terms can't be met through no fault of Maatwerk or the appraiser, the speed tariff will be calculated.
