NWWI appraisal report
A NWWI validated appraisal report is a high-quality appraisal report which is accepted by all mortgage providers as well as NHG and conform to the EVS (European Valuation Standard).
The appraisal reports are usually delivered in around 6 working days. Once the report is finished, it is sent to the client, advisor and mortgage provider.
The appraisals can be arranged with Maatwerk via a secure personal login which is available for all clients, appraisers, banks and intermediaries.
It is also possible to request other types of appraisal such as for a mortgage for a rental property or commercial property. The tariff for these are on request.
How does it work?
The appraiser will contact the selling agent, the seller or you to plan an appointment.
Typically, the appointment takes place within a few working days. During the appointment, the appraiser will make a detailed check, measurements (if there is no measurements report available) and takes pictures.
The report is typically submitted for validation 4 working days after the appointment took place. The validation institute will check if the appraisal report has been drawn up according to the regulations.
After validation, the report will be available, you will be automatically notified and you can view the report via your personal login.
Calcasa desktop appraisal
A Calcasa desktop appraisal is a report in which a model-based valuation is assessed by a certified appraiser to increase the reliability of the determined value without a physical inspection.
As the mortgage provider usually needs a NWWI validated appraisal report, it is important to verify whether the mortgage provider accepts a Calcasa desktop appraisal for the mortgage application.
The Calcasa desktop appraisal reports are usually delivered in one working day. Once the report is finished, it is sent to the client, advisor and mortgage provider.
